Besides, papain can digest proteins and thus, very good to the spleen and stomach. Pawpaw contains low calories but is very nutritive.

Fourth, celery: it is rich in crude fibers which increase peristalsis of intestines and stomach. What’s more, it contains potassium, vitamins such as vitamin B 2 which keep the balance of sodium and potassium, discharge the excessive water and remove the fat and toxic substances.

Fifth, wax gourd: it is cool and a bit sweet. It clears heat, quenches thirst, detoxifies the body and removes the excessive lipid. Besides, it is effective to treat edema, and abdominal swelling. It is very high in dietary fibers which reduce the cholesterol and the blood fat. It also can promote the intestinal peristalsis and thus discharges the waste out of the body.
