Stem cells are the future of the tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. I` ve worked with stem cells derived from the adipose tissue and from the bone narrow, in order to induce osteogenesis, by applying BiOOss in the tissue defects.

Hi Marija, in your opinion which cell source offers the most potential? Id there a difference in the ability of the cells to differentiate from the 2 sources?

It`s much easier to isolate adipose tissue, than bone marrow, but in both cases you can get enough cells for experiment.

Of course, they are isolated from different sources, so they have different morfology.
