Sodium hydroxide (NaOH), commonly known as caustic soda, caustic soda, caustic soda, caustic soda by another name inHong Kongknown as caustic soda,at room temperatureunder a whitecrystal, with a strongcorrosive. Soluble in water, its aqueous solution isalkaliresistance, canphenolphthaleinred. Sodium hydroxide is a very popular base, is thechemical laboratoryof essential drugs. Itssolutioncan be used aswashing liquid.
This product is based on "Hazardous Chemicals Management Regulations" by the public security departments control.
Melt white granules or strips, are often made of small pieces. Easy to absorb moisture in the air andcarbon dioxide. 1g dissolved in 0.9ml water, 0.3ml boiling water, 7.2ml of anhydrousethanol, 4.2mlof methanol, soluble inglycerol. Soluble in water, ethanol or mixed with acid solution generated when the intense heat. Solution was stronglybasic. The relative density of 2.13. Melting point 318 ℃. Boiling point 1390 ℃. Median lethal dose (mice, ip) 40mg/kg. Corrosive.anhydrousethanolSodium hydroxide
