1. Vitamin B6

2. Vitamin C

3. Vitamin E

In addition, vitamin E is a kind of powerful antioxidant, which can protect the biomembrance from suffering from the damage of peroxide, so as to play the effect of improving blood circulation, enhancing the vitality of skin cells, and delaying skin aging. 4. Folic acid

The study also finds out that, folic acid is particularly important for pregnant women. If women lacks of folic acid during the first three months of pregnancy, it can cause fetal deformity. As a result, women who plan to be pregnant should pay attention to supplement 400 micrograms of folic acid every day. Besides green leafy vegetables, food rich in folic acid includes carrot, egg yolk, apricot, pumpkin, beans, whole wheat flour, and so on.
